📋 Description

• Lead the Day 0 to Day 90 onboarding journey for all US hires • Maintain data integrity in the HRIS • Coordinate payroll touchpoints • Support US-wide compliance and documentation across all 50 states • Own full-cycle recruiting for 2–4 concurrent US roles • Manage effective recruitment processes and candidate experience • Partner strategically with hiring managers • Coach hiring managers on structured, bias-aware interviewing • Lead hiring debriefs • Use market data to influence hiring strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in agency recruiting, full-cycle in-house recruiting, or a hybrid People Ops/Talent role in the US market • Track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging candidates, and partnering with hiring managers • Hands-on experience with onboarding logistics, HRIS management, and US employment basics • Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever • Experience with HRIS platforms • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment • Ability to support US-wide compliance and documentation across all 50 states
