📋 Description

• Lead projects from concept to rollout • Design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database • Engage with customers directly and shape the roadmap • Drive operational excellence with SLOs and unit cost targets • Collaborate across teams to enhance product usability • Participate in on-call duties and contribute to incident response • Contribute to open source community and project steering

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with a systems language (Go, Rust, C, C++, Python, Java) • Experience building and operating distributed systems in production • Strong product sense and customer interaction skills • Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo • Strong software craftsmanship and maintainable code writing • Operational mindset with experience in SRE-style work • Pragmatism in breaking complex problems into manageable tasks • Clear communication in a fully remote setup
