📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Talent Team to understand hiring needs, challenges, organizational structure, and team dynamics • Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and engaging passive and active talent through offers and transition to People Operations onboarding • Own and execute the Greenhouse recruiting process end-to-end, from opening roles through close • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring documentation and candidate and hire data • Support reporting, audits, and data-driven decision-making • Manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines • Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders • Anticipate recruiting needs and address issues before they arise • Prevent workflow bottlenecks and ensure a smooth hiring experience • Source and engage passive candidates using team networks • Manage headcount reconciliation, compensation alignment, and equity • Coordinate and participate in internal interviews • Ensure recruiting projects meet milestones and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience working with senior leaders in the SaaS/Tech space • Experience working in a remote-first company • Comfortable in a high-paced environment and able to embrace change and ambiguity • Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience partnering with sales leaders • Extensive experience hiring account executives • Exceptional administrative strength • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple documents, systems, roles, priorities, and deadlines • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with hiring managers and business stakeholders
