📋 Description

• Lead the Strategy Execution and Transformation Office (SETO) • Serve as the single point of accountability for the enterprise strategic initiative portfolio • Translate Graham Healthcare Group’s long-range strategy into a focused, sequenced, executable portfolio of priorities • Ensure initiatives are appropriately prioritized, resourced, sequenced, and managed for dependencies and organizational capacity • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions • Resolve competing priorities within SETO and elevate broader enterprise decisions to the CEO or appropriate executive forum • Provide leadership for Strategic Communications as SETO evolves • Integrate strategy execution, change management, and enterprise communications under a coordinated leadership model • Oversee strategic portfolio leadership, executive partnership and governance, enterprise execution and transformation, organizational alignment and influence, and SETO team leadership • Drive adoption and sustainment of strategic changes • Develop a capable, high-performing SETO team and integrated Strategic Communications capability over time • Monitor strategic roadmap delivery, initiative prioritization, governance decisions, organizational adoption, and intended financial, operational, clinical, and workforce outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required • Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience across strategy execution, transformation, operations, consulting, program leadership, or related disciplines • Experience leading complex cross-functional work • Experience managing multiple significant initiatives or a portfolio involving competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, priorities, milestones, and resource requirements • Experience working directly with senior executives and facilitating discussions involving difficult tradeoffs, competing priorities, and organizational decisions • Ability to influence across functions and organizational levels without direct reporting authority • Experience leading and developing teams • Ability to partner with communications, change management, finance, HR, technology, or operations functions • Working knowledge of organizational change management and factors required to drive adoption and sustainment • Healthcare experience preferred but not required • Must live in the Eastern or Central Time Zone • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen required • Leadership capabilities: enterprise perspective, sound judgment, executive communication, strategic-to-operational thinking, decision orientation, influence and alignment, change leadership, portfolio discipline, and talent leadership
