• Manage and scale influencer portfolios • Help creators grow their platform presence and secure brand deals • Scout and sign emerging and established creators • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for creator clients • Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and talent-roster expansion • Work independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Willingness to hustle to get the job done • Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus
