📋 Description

• Review applications and identify candidates who meet hiring criteria • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant platforms • Conduct initial candidate outreach and support follow-ups • Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and the recruitment team • Maintain accurate candidate profiles, interview stages, and notes in the applicant tracking system • Support candidate research, talent mapping, and recruitment pipeline management • Assist with job postings and recruitment-related content • Support the candidate experience from application through onboarding • Join recruitment team meetings and gain exposure to wider hiring conversations • Support day-to-day recruitment administration and help keep hiring processes organised and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles • Curiosity about the creator economy, influencer marketing, and social media • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Confident and professional communication • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks • Enjoy building relationships and speaking with new people • Comfortable working independently within a fully remote team • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback • Previous recruitment experience is not required • Experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, sales, marketing, or other people-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential
