It integrates with existing restaurant operations and offers rewards and incentives to attract same-day bookings, off-peak traffic, walk-ins, and corporate events to increase sales and tips for restaurants and staff.

📋 Description

• Source prospective candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels • Build targeted candidate pipelines based on required experience and competencies • Review inbound applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate experience, interest, and basic qualifications • Write clear and thorough candidate notes following screens • Conduct candidate outreach and follow up with prospective candidates • Keep candidate information and pipeline activity up to date in the applicant tracking system • Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination • Partner with the Head of People Operations on active searches and sourcing priorities • Support additional recruiting projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or recently graduated • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting structured phone conversations • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to evaluate resumes and candidate backgrounds against defined criteria • Resourceful and comfortable researching and identifying prospective candidates • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • High level of discretion when handling candidate and company information • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, People Operations, or a related field • Previous internship, campus, or work experience involving recruiting, research, sales, customer service, or other people-facing work preferred • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms preferred • Interest in startups or fast-growing companies preferred
