📋 Description

• Support the Lead Services Planner in scheduling, staffing, and completing professional learning services in assigned territories • Track upcoming engagements and enter approved staffing plans into the scheduling tool • Confirm assignments with coaches • Maintain accurate, high-quality records in the scheduling tool • Lead preparation activities for service sessions • Communicate with customers to confirm session details and logistics • Arrange facilitation materials and coordinate session logistics internally • Understand customer documentation requirements and develop timely documentation • Confirm session completion and trigger close-out activities such as Coaching Debrief • Conduct pre-invoicing process steps to trigger Accounting processes • Coordinate with Accounting and Sales to resolve issues • Complete preparation and close-out activities according to service level agreements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or other services • Highly detailed and process oriented and capable of managing many concurring items and quality and timely completion • Commitment to meeting service level expectations • Proactive communicator that looks ahead and identifies issues and risks to meeting customer needs and takes action to resolve • Very strong customer-centric orientation with skills to effectively communicate and partner with other internal teams • Team player with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • A cover letter and resume are required to be considered • New employees must successfully complete a background check • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
