📋 Description

• Generate revenue for dealerships through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products • Achieve and exceed performance targets and key objectives • Conduct virtual F&I transactions, including customer interviews, product presentations, upselling, and closing • Remain on virtual calls through completion of the Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) to ensure deals are fully secured • Explain F&I products, services, and Retail Installment Sales Contracts and answer customer questions • Isolate and overcome client objections and close sales opportunities • Maintain accurate and detailed records of Virtual F&I activities and performance metrics • Communicate daily with internal stakeholders on Virtual F&I performance and deal status • Participate in dealer meetings, sales calls, and team discussions as needed • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the virtual buying experience • Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company’s values and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in a state where Group 1 dealerships are located • Must live in Maryland, New Jersey, or Massachusetts • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a dealership F&I role • Honda/Acura experience preferred but not required • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Highly self-motivated with strong customer-facing and sales skills • Positive attitude with a high-energy, results-driven mindset • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Ability to work remotely from home • Experience with Darwin and/or CDK systems is a plus • Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all applicable pre-employment requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local law
