📋 Description

• Lead financial, operational, and clinical reporting and analytics for Home Health and Hospice • Transform data into actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making, operational excellence, quality outcomes, and financial stewardship • Partner with executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical teams, and corporate departments to develop reporting solutions • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Direct, analyze, manage, and coordinate financial functions • Oversee and monitor project accounting, business case development, variance analysis, department-level budgets, KPI tracking, labor analysis, day-to-day business and financial operations, annual surveys, and licensure for home health and hospice agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field (Required) • 5 years of progressive work experience in Financial/Operational analysis, with home health and hospice experience (Required); or 3 years of progressive work experience in Financial/Operational analysis, with home health and hospice experience with Master’s degree (Required) • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field (Preferred) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
