📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions that capture data and enable process automation. • Configure and customize enterprise software applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and design secure, scalable, reliable, usable, and accessible technical solutions. • Participate in demonstrations and discussions of solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospective clients. • Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and implement configurations and low-code solutions in an agile development process. • Follow and improve standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation. • Test solutions to ensure releases meet efficiency, quality, security, and reliability standards. • Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications according to organizational standards and service-level agreements. • Keep up with industry trends and learn new technologies, including AI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years of experience in designing technical solutions and administration of enterprise applications or a similar role. • General understanding of database and software development concepts. • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. • Ability to “think outside the box” to develop innovative solutions and ways of working. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification. • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification. • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification. • Preferred experience with automating business processes; AI tools (Copilot Studio), LLMs, and MCP servers; Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI); Microsoft Power Platform administration; Microsoft SharePoint administration; SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio; software development lifecycle and DevOps CI/CD; Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum); Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / X++; Microsoft Entra ID; HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Liquid templates; PowerShell and Azure CLI; Azure cloud/services. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and code quality. • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, bias mitigation, model transparency, and regulatory considerations. • Physical Requirements: N/A
