📋 Description

• Own a high volume of requisitions supporting Operations and Marketing • Manage full-cycle recruitment from role kickoff through close • Manage recruiting pipelines in Greenhouse • Execute strategic sourcing and maintain a strong flow of recruiter screens • Recruit across entry-level through mid-level roles, with flexibility for more senior roles • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand requirements and business goals • Advise on interview panels and inform hiring decisions • Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Ashby, Juicebox, and other channels • Use data and funnel analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and optimize pipelines • Influence hiring managers through metric-based insights • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, clear communication • Communicate and sell Grow Therapy’s mission and technical vision to candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years focused on corporate roles in high-growth, scaling organizations • Highly skilled sourcing and outbound pipeline development for passive candidates, including technical talent • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, competency evaluation, and collaboration with leaders • Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments • Passion for mental health and accessible therapy; ability to communicate Grow Therapy’s mission to candidates • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Track record of influencing hiring teams • Live in or be able to easily commute to San Francisco or New York • Based in and able to work from the United States
