📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates for Ferry's growing Case Management team • Deliver a defined number of qualified, screened Case Manager candidates per month • Set and manage an independent sourcing process and screening approach against agreed targets • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Juicebox, or other chosen tools • Conduct first-round screening using a shared candidate profile/rubric • Provide a written evaluation for each candidate • Log candidate status in Ashby ATS for clean handoffs to the internal hiring team • Flag sourcing and screening learnings to refine the candidate profile and recruiting process

🎯 Requirements

• Established recruiting/sourcing practice with a demonstrated independent track record • Experience in operational, support, or care-delivery hiring • Own core sourcing tools and workflow, including LinkedIn and personal outreach/sequencing setup • Comfort adapting to Ferry's systems, including Ashby and Juicebox • Strong written communication • Candidate-first screening style • Legally authorized to work in the US • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • Submit a resume and LinkedIn URL
