📋 Description

• Support a key client's recruiting needs • Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver on performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Use role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge to market, screen, and present candidates • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate on their behalf • Provide candidates with information and tools to prepare for employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the local labor market, labor, and workforce management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • Experience hiring CDL Drivers is required • Experience hiring Field Technicians is required • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
