📋 Description

• Support a key client’s recruiting needs • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Connect candidates’ skills to meaningful work and career opportunities • Match candidates to job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate on their behalf • Provide candidates with information and tools to prepare for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and customer service to candidates and clients • Advise clients on in-demand skills and local labor and workforce-management dynamics • Meet performance metrics and commitments • Recruit for roles including CDL Drivers and Field Technicians

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • Experience hiring CDL Drivers is required • Experience hiring Field Technicians is required • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
