📋 Description

• Lead the enrollment team within a state or region • Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees • Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and referring agencies • Drive enrollments through presentations and meetings with stakeholders and participants • Communicate enrollment status accurately to referrers and enrollees • Support Directors of Business Development with new market opportunities • Troubleshoot issues and answer staff and external customer questions • Ensure training on the GT Caregiver App, GT Tools, roles, responsibilities, and program-specific items • Provide daily direction and communication to enrollment employees • Evaluate and improve processes, efficiency, and service • Manage employees and provide performance feedback and coaching • Ensure employees have appropriate training and resources • Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs • Manage special and ongoing process-improvement projects • Assist with DocuSign and GT Enroll documentation and training • Develop and prepare operational plans and project-status reports

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 3 years of related experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Extensive experience working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines through planning and organization • Ability to balance work pressure with time management skills • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities • Experience initiating and maintaining a highly effective team • Competent in Microsoft programs and Internet use • Competent use of Excel
