📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients, digital leaders, solution architects, and technical and functional leads across Guidehouse digital teams and market segments • Support client engagements, growth initiatives, and capability development • Serve as a key member of the modernization team • Address technical challenges, deliver demonstrations, and build innovative solution prototypes using cloud architectures and modern software technologies • Provide hands-on full-stack engineering for scalable, secure, distributed systems • Use modern programming languages, cloud-native and microservices architectures, containerization, and API-first design patterns • Collaborate with UX designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts • Design, build, test, and deploy high-value, operationally resilient software products on AWS • Meet functional and non-functional requirements

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card status required • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in full-stack application development • Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing cloud applications on AWS • Experience implementing frontend and backend services using Python, JavaScript, Django, and Vue.js • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with, mentoring, and supporting team members • Proven ability to develop software products and solution prototypes • In-depth understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile practices and principles • AWS Certified Developer certification (nice to have) • AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification (nice to have) • Experience with Flask, Docker, Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, AWS Step Functions, Amazon EventBridge, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Elasticsearch, caching frameworks, Redis, Memcached, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB (nice to have) • Familiarity with AWS SAM, Model-View-Controller design patterns, and AWS Well-Architected Framework principles (nice to have) • Proficiency delivering cloud-based software products using modern CI/CD pipeline tooling (nice to have) • Hands-on AWS cloud software development or engineering experience (nice to have) • Proven ability to design, build, test, and deploy software products on AWS (nice to have) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (nice to have)
