📋 Description

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to meet Data Center capacity and company requirements • Provide program management support, resolve deployment issues, monitor program performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs • Optimize rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational, efficiency, and quality goals • Monitor infrastructure shipments and resolve supply chain discrepancies • Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement workstream owners, and management to achieve technical deployment goals • Manage stakeholder expectations and recommend ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-range goals • Increase asset utilization and manage existing rack space opportunities • Enter data into Data Center applications and maintain or generate required reports • Process, audit, and file documentation related to Core Enablement activities • Support a Lean culture within server staging and data center workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience • 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain • Project management experience • Knowledge of high-density server/rack vertical • Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software • Ability to travel up to 75% • REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport • Familiarity with and ability to comply with TSA security procedures • Ability to travel domestically via road, rail, and air • Highly organized and detail-oriented work style • Proactive and professional attitude • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Results-oriented and strategic thinking regarding technical constraints • Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, produce accurate output, and meet deadlines • Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships • Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods • Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel • Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment • Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments • Conditional-offer candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
