📋 Description

• Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for new business implementations • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines • Ensure financial, material and human resources are available to complete projects successfully • Evaluate progress, detect limitations or faults, and seek solutions for process efficiency • Develop internal and external communication strategies between departments and clients • Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and distribute tasks among project team members • Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network • Motivate team members to meet project goals • Offer solutions to meet targets and satisfy client requirements • Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment and resources • Create a collaborative work environment conducive to creative thinking • Travel domestically by road, rail and air as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent related work or military experience • 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics • Lean or Six Sigma experience • Project management experience • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Certification(s) such as PMP, Agile or Six Sigma preferred • Experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment preferred • Strong understanding of professional services economics preferred • Experience with change management processes preferred • Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends preferred • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Experience in staff management and development, including mentoring Project Managers preferred • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport • Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures • Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required
