• Help fuel category growth across the club and mass channels. • Be the strategic right hand to our Customer Account Managers, driving execution, unlocking insights, and helping us hit ambitious sales and commercial spend targets. • Dive deep into analytics, support high-impact business plans, and bring new item presentations and 4P initiatives to life. • From promotional planning to forecasting and deduction management, ensure every detail is dialed in. • Participate in the development of Customer Category Business Plan(s) with customer(s). • Work with customer personnel to drive the execution of the customer category plan.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales preferred • Experience with Unify, Scintilla and Supplier One preferred • Demonstrates a detailed understanding of sales fundamentals and reporting tools • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong presentation skills • Have good working knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry as well as channel of trade customer base in Grocery, Mass, Club, Value, and E-Commerce. • Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written, strong judgement in decision-making, good problem solving skills, thinks strategically, and customer service oriented • Doesn’t hesitate to act and takes the initiative to execute with minimal supervision • Challenges current processes, generating innovative suggestions that improve performance even beyond own role • Takes immediate action to problem or potential issues, ensuring partners are accurately communicated to about the potential impact • Able to influence without authority and prioritize tasks independently • Puts in persistent and if necessary, extra effort to accomplish goals and maintain a high level of efficiency • Seeks opportunities to collaborate and identify process improvements.
