📋 Description

• Build the US GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors across regulated industries • Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from discovery through to close • Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into business value • Surface insights from US customers and influence our global product roadmap • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to fine-tune GTM playbooks • Represent Haast at industry events and across your growing network of compliance and legal leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling to Fortune 500 • Strong experience navigating complex B2B SaaS cycles • Solid relationships within regulated enterprise organisations • You get how compliance actually works in regulated industries • Clear communicator • Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment • You’re fascinated by the technology shift happening in front of us
