📋 Description

• Create and lead scalable processes for onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and team member lifecycle processes • Leverage AI tools and systems to optimize and scale People Operations workflows • Drive policy creation, audit readiness, and compliance governance across a multi-state footprint, with deep California expertise • Create and optimize physician onboarding programs with Executive Directors and Clinical Leadership • Manage outsourced vendors including home care, transportation, LOA support, and other ancillary partners • Monitor multi-state employment law and translate regulatory changes into proactive policy recommendations • Lead annual Open Enrollment, including team member communications, system readiness, benefits compliance, and vendor coordination • Partner with the People Business Partner on complex team member questions and requests • Advise managers and team members on policy questions and people challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of people operations/HR experience in a fast-growing environment • California and multi-state employment law experience • Experience building policies and handbooks • Strong working knowledge of California employment fundamentals, including wage/hour, leaves, and recordkeeping • Hands-on experience using AI tools and systems to improve process efficiency and scale • Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills utilizing various HR systems • Hands-on experience with Rippling, Greenhouse Onboarding, and partnering with PEOs • Experience owning end-to-end open enrollment processes and communications • Vaccination or signed declination form, and compliance with masking requirements, for applicable participant-care settings • Compliance with applicable infection control protocols, PPE requirements, and vaccination requirements associated with the role and work location • Authorization to work in the United States
