📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Strategy Partners and create scalable practices for leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and talent outcomes • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies, workforce plans, organizational design recommendations, and leadership development initiatives • Guide leaders and teams through organizational change • Drive company-wide performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness initiatives • Analyze workforce trends, organizational health, talent outcomes, and business metrics to influence decisions with evidence-based recommendations • Solve complex people and organizational challenges, simplify processes, and design scalable solutions • Identify opportunities for responsible AI adoption to improve decision quality, efficiency, and People Team impact • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, HRIS, and executive stakeholders across the employee lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related experience • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing HR, Talent Strategy, or People Business Partner teams • Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent management initiatives • Ability to leverage workforce data, business metrics, and organizational insights to influence strategic decisions • Preferred: experience supporting multiple business functions within a high-growth SaaS or technology company • Preferred: experience leading large-scale organizational change and talent transformation initiatives • Preferred: experience implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows within HR or People functions • Preferred: experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and cultures • Must provide proof of authorization to work in the country for which the job is applied • Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available • Employment is contingent on a background check
