• Sell capital equipment, disposables, software, and service within the Hemostasis Management and Cell Salvage portfolios • Manage the assigned territory, equipment and consumable sales goals, profitability, and accounts • Develop and execute account-level territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business • Provide accurate and timely quarterly sales forecasts • Partner with cross-functional counterparts, especially Clinical Specialists, to drive technology adoption • Maintain existing business, contractual compliance, and incremental business growth • Investigate and resolve customer concerns through corrective actions • Maintain account data, contacts, and pipeline opportunities in CRM • Target new business using analytical tools and identify key influencers and customer needs • Educate customers on products, concepts, and industry trends • Develop clinical, economic, and technical champions • Conduct sales presentations and product evaluations • Arrange multidisciplinary hospital consensus meetings • Prepare equipment and consumable quotes and create local contract agreements • Secure hospital or departmental capital funding • Manage post-sale implementation from contract to go-live as project manager • Coordinate device installation, software integration, and laboratory equipment validation • Support implementation virtually and on-site • Consult internal product development on new products and services • Collaborate with key opinion leaders and attend industry conventions and trade shows • Provide feedback to Sales, Marketing, and R&D • Share customer insights on product enhancements and competitive developments • Attend ongoing training and stay informed on clinical procedures, studies, and innovations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred • 5 years of experience • Excellent sales skills in a complex environment • 2+ years in hospital sales • Experience in consultative sales • Experience in capital equipment sales • Experience in clinical sales • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on territory geography and need • Experience managing hospital stakeholders across clinical, economic, technical, administrative, and supply chain functions
