📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of Handspring’s goals and mission and embed its values throughout the hiring process • Apply knowledge of the behavioral health talent landscape to drive effective sourcing strategies across markets • Lead candidate sourcing efforts and manage the hiring funnel, including pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and hiring • Operate at the highest ethical standard in every interaction with candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting mental health therapists, specifically LCSWs, LMFTs, and licensed counselors, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Strong experience developing sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines • Experience managing the full recruiting cycle from outreach through offer • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail • Competitive spirit with a people-first mindset • Exceptional listening skills • Must be based in the United States • Must have U.S. work authorization
