📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for assigned initiatives using ADKAR-based methodology from discovery through sustainment • Assess initiative complexity, scope, and stakeholder landscapes to calibrate change support • Identify adoption risks and resistance patterns and develop mitigation strategies integrated with project plans • Engage senior stakeholders and business leaders on change impact, readiness, and reinforcement expectations • Develop and execute communication plans for impacted employees from frontline staff to functional leadership • Partner with EPMO project managers and HDT leads to embed change milestones in project governance and delivery timelines • Lead impact and readiness assessments and present risk recommendations to project governance • Monitor adoption indicators and adjust change approaches as conditions evolve • Surface adoption risks in governance forums before go-live and maintain readiness visibility • Develop and deliver role-based training and partner with L&D on content and delivery logistics • Identify learning gaps and recommend training interventions • Partner with leaders and sponsors to embed reinforcement mechanisms • Conduct post-go-live monitoring and provide documented sustainability-plan handoffs to business owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a closely related field • Demonstrated success leading change on complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience working within a project governance or EPMO-governed delivery environment preferred • Healthcare or similarly regulated industry experience a plus • Prosci certification preferred • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures standards • Complete knowledge and understanding of change management principles and the ADKAR framework • Ability to assess unusual circumstances, adapt methodology creatively, and suggest variations when standard practice is insufficient • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and across functional boundaries
