📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of retail partners end-to-end as their primary strategic contact at Instacart • Manage partner relationships and deliver measurable long-term partnership success • Identify growth opportunities and diagnose gaps across partner accounts • Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, operations, and strategic finance teams to deliver partner solutions • Translate platform data and performance metrics into strategic narratives and recommendations for retailer leadership, including CEOs and Owners • Execute partnership plans across multiple workstreams and a dynamic portfolio • Build deep fluency in Instacart’s platform capabilities, growth levers, and operational nuances • Drive measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, product adoption, and operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related client-facing commercial role • Experience managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder senior-level relationships, including Director, VP, and C-suite contacts • Strong analytical skills and ability to work directly in data to identify trends, surface insights, and build strategic narratives • Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, product adoption, or operational improvements within an account portfolio • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or resources without direct management authority • Preferred: experience in e-commerce, grocery, retail, or marketplace platforms • Preferred: ability to build and present executive-level business reviews or strategic roadmaps to senior retail or CPG leadership • Preferred: comfort working in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments • Preferred: experience partnering cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
