📋 Description

• Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for USA, Brazil and UK teams • Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees and provide practical People advice • Partner with leadership to drive performance, organisational priorities, employee development, engagement and team effectiveness • Coach managers through performance concerns, PIPs, difficult conversations, employee relations, investigations and organisational change • Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding and development through employment changes and offboarding • Lead employee relations matters, documentation, processes and escalation to external employment advisors • Drive performance review cycles and development planning • Maintain compliant and scalable People practices across the USA, Brazil and UK • Build and improve People processes, playbooks and frameworks • Use People data, employee feedback and business insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities • Champion benefits, wellbeing, recognition, engagement and culture initiatives • Partner on recruitment and candidate experience • Support workforce planning, organisational design and capability planning • Partner cross-functionally on People, workplace and business operations projects • Own and champion USA health, dental and vision benefits

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR • Strong experience across People Operations and HR Business Partnering • Strong working knowledge of USA employment law and HR best practice • Ideally experience supporting employees across multiple states • Experience independently managing employee relations, performance management, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), investigations and sensitive or complex People matters • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and managers • Strong commercial judgement • Experience building, improving and scaling People processes in a growing organisation, ideally within SaaS, technology or another fast-paced environment • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on • Experience supporting distributed or global teams, particularly across the USA, Brazil and UK, highly regarded • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Experience with TriNet and payroll administration highly regarded • Confidence working with HR systems such as BambooHR or similar, People data and modern workplace tools • Relevant qualification in HR, Business or a related field valued, but not required
