📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage database assets in cloud environments • Leverage enterprise automations and monitoring tools • Customize cloud systems to meet performance, maintenance, and security requirements • Set up automation for infrastructure-as-code provisioning of Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and related PaaS databases • Set up standards for automation • Establish best practices for PaaS database automation • Work with database Subject Matter Experts to establish database automation standards and provision environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 6 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience • Experience with Azure SQL databases and Azure SQL Managed Instances • Automation experience with Ansible and Harness • Experience with As a Service technologies • Experience with Cloud Orchestration and Management technologies • Experience with Monitoring and Event Management technologies • Experience with Automation technologies • Operations Management experience • Experience with ITIL v3 • Experience with IT standards, procedures, and policies • Understanding of business priorities, trends, and markets • Sponsorship is not available, including for candidates currently on OPT • Must be able to work remotely within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
