📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android • Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams • Provide technical leadership • Mentor other developers • Promote best practices and professional growth across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience • Ability to sit and perform computer entry for entire work shift, as required • Ability to manage workload, multiple priorities, and conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable • Experience in application/product feature design • Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS) • Experience in service oriented architecture (SOA) • Experience in cloud computing technologies (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) • Experience in application configuration • Rapid prototyping • SDLC Methodology (Agile/Scrum/Iterative Development) • System performance management • Systems change/configuration management • Business requirements management • Problem solving/analytical thinking • Creative thinking • Ability to execute • Travel availability up to 20% • Preferred: 3+ years of hands-on React Native development experience • Preferred: Experience building UI with Tamagui • Preferred: Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot • Preferred: Familiarity with spec-driven or specification-first development practices • Preferred: Experience with authentication and identity solutions such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and ForgeRock • Preferred: Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Detox • Preferred: Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools • Preferred: Familiarity with backend services built in Spring Boot, Kotlin, or Java • Preferred: Experience with app security and secure storage best practices
