📋 Description

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs • Assist in modifying company products and customer/internal systems to meet client and end-user needs • Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for changes • Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements under periodic supervision • Design programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs • Write specifications for low- to moderate-complexity programs • Assist in resolving production support problems and suggest alternative approaches • Develop test plans to verify new or modified program logic and identify issues • Create program code and technical documentation • Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews • Research industry technical trends and new developments to maintain current skills and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Medicaid/MMIS systems, particularly eligibility processes and workflows • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Database and SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • 3+ years of experience working with Linux/Unix environments, including log review, batch processing, and production support • Ability to troubleshoot applications, interfaces, and data flows while supporting testing and system validation • Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation • Healthcare or government program experience preferred
