• Facilitate the flow of materials through the supply chain • Develop forecasting, order replenishment, logistics channel decision processes, tools, and processes • Create metrics and monthly supplier scorecards and updates • Analyze supply chain best practices and conduct day-to-day business analyses • Partner with management, stakeholders, leadership, merchants, vendors, and suppliers to improve supply chain performance and collaboration • Support central replenishment activities and collaborate on inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies • Create, evaluate, and audit supply chain metrics and data • Plan for promotions, price changes, and exit strategies • Develop decision support tools and financial models to analyze inventory cost/benefit tradeoffs • Analyze multi-tier distribution channels for cost and service-level tradeoffs • Develop forecasting tools for collaborative planning with merchandising suppliers • Resolve missing or incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research and data • Provide guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel
• Must reside in Georgia, Texas, New Jersey, California, Florida, Illinois, New York, or Pennsylvania • Position requires 75%+ travel • Prior experience supporting warehouse design/build, network optimization, or distribution center transformation projects • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and window functions • Experience with slotting optimization, inventory control, and replenishment planning • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms, preferably SAP WM or SAP EWM • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau • Strong data analytics and data-driven problem-solving capabilities • Experience using AutoCAD for warehouse layout, facility design, or operational planning • Ability to translate complex operational data into actionable business recommendations • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% as required by project needs • BS/BA in a related discipline, or MS/MA with the stated experience • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field with BS/BA, or 2-4 years with MS/MA • Certification is required in some areas
