📋 Description

• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance pod-level objectives • Identify opportunities, address dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment • Build and operate scalable workflows and processes from 0→1 • Improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput across the assigned domain • Use data tools to extract insights and validate assumptions • Synthesize findings into recommendations guiding pod and organizational priorities • Plan, execute, and deliver initiatives end-to-end • Set objectives, timelines, and success metrics • Drive accountability across functions without formal authority

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies • Background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred but not required • Ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured, testable components • Comfort working through ambiguity • Proficiency with AI and data tools such as Looker, Excel, SQL, and dashboards • Ability to design scalable systems, workflows, playbooks, and standards • Ability to coordinate resources and align priorities across teams • Ability to make decisions while anticipating downstream impacts • Motivation to improve access to affordable mental healthcare • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is required
