📋 Description

• Partner with the sales team to understand needs and challenges • Provide sales tools, training, and resources to improve productivity and support go-to-market execution • Serve as a responsive point of contact for sales stakeholders and follow up to drive completion • Assist in evaluating and enhancing sales processes and implementing best practices • Support Salesforce administration, data integrity, and basic user training • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new sales tools, including conversational intelligence, deal health/scoring, and AI-assisted tools • Partner with IT and vendors during tool evaluation and implementation • Maintain sales dashboards and reports for the assigned product line • Support pipeline forecasting using established data and models • Monitor and report sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics • Perform ad-hoc analyses and translate findings into actionable takeaways • Support commercial projects and programs, including sales campaigns and OKR deliverables • Participate in cross-functional efforts to identify and refine business requirements • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to optimize processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a sales-facing, client-facing, or stakeholder-facing role • Demonstrated ability and willingness to engage directly with a sales team • Curious, motivated, ownership-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and take initiative • Comfort and confidence initiating and following up with senior stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts, with ability to navigate ambiguity • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus, but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred • Ability to work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment • Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
