📋 Description

• Manage Level 2/3 escalations and employee cases • Support leave of absence cases as a liaison between employees, managers, and Benefits subject matter experts • Partner with managers and Payroll to ensure timely, accurate timecard completion and resolve discrepancies • Support dependent verification with the Benefits team • Manage unemployment claims from filing through resolution • Partner with Payroll and ADP to resolve manager inquiries related to timecard completion • Own People team vendor management in Coupa, including vendor onboarding, invoice/PO processing, and vendor record maintenance • Support new hires during their first week, answer FAQs, ensure completion of paperwork, and audit US-based new hire data • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee questions and concerns • Monitor audit reports and resolve HR systems and records discrepancies • Handle document management and record keeping • Support drafting, tracking, and administration of workforce management letter agreements • Identify and implement People Operations process improvements, including documentation and RACI documents • Work with the internal GRC team to complete monthly HITRUST audits • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 1–2 years of HR experience, including working knowledge of leave of absence processes, ADA accommodations, and payroll/timecard procedures • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and unemployment claims processes • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and competing deadlines • Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to the employee experience • Strong follow-through and ability to resolve concerns from start to finish in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner effectively with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
