📋 Description

• Connect talented professionals with meaningful careers that improve health and well-being • Lead sourcing and interviewing efforts for a variety of specialized positions • Manage candidate pipelines and complete full lifecycle recruiting processes • Conduct Intake meetings with hiring managers to identify needs and post jobs • Source and recruit active and passive candidates through various strategies • Screen and rank applicants for current and future open positions • Interview and qualify candidates, providing summaries to hiring managers • Facilitate the generation of offer letters • Conduct follow-up with candidates for potential placement

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and online Recruiting tools (Workday) • Familiarity with new AI Recruiting tools (Paradox) • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of applicants and employees of the organization. • Preferred Bachelor's degree. • Internet research skills and understanding of social networking. • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
