📋 Description

• Monitor, evaluate, and score agent calls for compliance and quality assurance • Evaluate and audit calls according to quality guidelines and standards • Score each call based on compliance criteria • Perform other related duties as assigned • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent written and oral communication • Ability to work under set production goals • Accurate data recording • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented • Excellent proofreading skills • Knowledge of Excel and Outlook • Knowledge of CMS • Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, typically in a cubicle environment • Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, telephone, copier, and printer • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, in writing, by telephone, email, or video conferencing • Visual and auditory acuity required • Hand dexterity and fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse • Must reach with hands and arms occasionally • Must complete required drug testing and background checks • Associate degree in business or related field (preferred) • Quality assurance analyst/evaluator experience or a current and valid Life, Health and Annuity License (215) (preferred) • Exposure to Medicare and other insurance products (preferred) • Bilingual speaking skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
