• Organize and manage a portfolio of established learning and development programs, including HRS Leadership Institute programs • Support development of new programs aligned with organizational goals, mission, and member needs • Translate priorities into operational plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes • Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously and maintain project management records • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management, including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement • Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to quality standards • Implement risk mitigation, change management, and process standardization best practices • Develop and lead assigned healthcare and medical society programs and initiatives, including HRS LEAP • Ensure compliance with society regulations, accreditation standards, and grant requirements • Collaborate with clinical leaders, committees, subject matter experts, partners, vendors, and advocacy groups • Translate emerging healthcare trends in electrophysiology into actionable programs • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans • Support revenue-generating initiatives such as sponsorships, grants, and new educational offerings • Establish metrics and dashboards to track performance, outcomes, and ROI • Evaluate program effectiveness and prepare reports for executive leadership, boards, and funders
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field • 4–7 years’ proven program management experience, with demonstrated expansion of role and responsibilities • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or portfolios • Working knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical environments, and/or medical associations • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders • Familiarity with CME/CE, quality improvement collaboratives, or membership-based programs • Program Management Certification (PgMP) or equivalent certification desired • Experience in a medical society, healthcare association, foundation, or nonprofit environment preferred
