📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to consolidate data sources and ensure accurate, real-time reporting • Leverage analytics and industry insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics • Champion process improvements that enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency • Serve as a change agent for new talent acquisition technologies and processes • Partner with the TA team and HRIS to identify system enhancements, efficiencies, and opportunities to reduce administrative work • Partner with TA leadership to determine process adjustments and opportunities to flex processes • Review and define TA resource and expense processes with Finance to keep TA within the fiscal-year budget • Develop and maintain TA processes and recruiter training and onboarding for all levels of hiring • Develop and maintain documentation for recruiting resources • Support campus recruitment by partnering with the Manager for Campus Recruiting on processes and documentation • Partner across Talent Acquisition to collect and leverage beneficial industry data • Support development and implementation of new TA resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or another business area • Minimum of five years of HR experience • One year leading a team of recruiters • Demonstrated experience leading HR/Talent Acquisition initiatives • Knowledge and/or experience in the Talent Acquisition space • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives • Familiarity with compliance and diversity hiring practices • Strong communication skills • Strong computer skills • Experience with PowerPoint, ATS, and texting technologies
