📋 Description

• Develop new product capabilities and improve upon existing ones • Build processes and tools to help diagnose and resolve bugs to ensure our external and internal customers have the best experience possible • Leverage agentic coding tools to accelerate development and help build processes that allow us to put more effort into high leverage use cases • Monitor, diagnose and resolve performance issues in our product suite • Perform code reviews and mentor other team members on best practices and positively influence their career development • Improve our overall developer experience by helping to create tools and processes that make developing on our platform easier, safer, and faster

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and expert level knowledge in Ruby/Ruby on Rails • PostgreSQL • AWS • JavaScript • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field • 3+ years of experience developing online, scale software • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing • The ability to own a project independently and drive the desired outcomes. • Experience in the following technologies a plus: Redis • Twilio • Objective-C/Swift • Android/Java
