📋 Description

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing • Implement warehouse management systems and processes to maintain accurate stock levels • Manage warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance • Implement safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse safety regulations • Develop and monitor warehouse operational KPIs for continuous improvement • Manage warehouse space utilization and optimize layout to maximize efficiency and capacity • Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely processing • Drive operational excellence and support company growth and customer satisfaction goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • Professional certification such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP preferred • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in warehouse management, fulfillment operations, or logistics • Experience preferably in ecommerce, FMCG, or manufacturing environments • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order fulfillment processes • Ability to manage and lead warehouse teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management • Experience in warehouse layout design, space optimization, and process improvement initiatives • Understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and warehouse operations best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track and act on KPIs • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across supply chain, operations, and customer service departments • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
