📋 Description

• Partner with hiring leaders at the start of each search to define strong-candidate criteria • Review applications daily, conduct phone and video screens, and send leaders screened candidates with recommendations • Recruit for hard-to-fill clinical, nursing and direct care roles through job boards, social media, schools, virtual job fairs, referrals and community partners • Build structured interview guides and coach leaders to interview consistently and fairly • Keep candidates informed at every step, including timely and respectful rejection notifications • Maintain accurate candidate records in ADP and track time-to-fill and other results • Hand new hires off smoothly to the onboarding team • Occasionally travel to Heritage sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR or a related role • Strong communication and organization skills, and ability to juggle many open positions at once • Live in one of the 17 listed states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Wisconsin • Private, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet for video calls • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Preferred: recruiting experience in behavioral health, healthcare or community-based settings • Preferred: experience recruiting licensed clinical and nursing staff • Preferred: high-volume hiring experience • Preferred: experience with ADP Workforce Now or another applicant tracking system • Preferred: prior remote work experience • Preferred: aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP certification • Successful background check required for offer
