📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for sovereign AI deployments • Develop scalable, secure AI/ML reference architectures covering model lifecycle management, data pipelines, inference infrastructure, and governance frameworks • Evaluate and select technologies, cloud/on-premises infrastructure, and tooling aligned with sovereignty and risk-management constraints • Provide architectural oversight across implementation teams • Identify, assess, and manage risks across the AI solution lifecycle • Develop and implement governance frameworks embedding responsible AI, auditability, and continuous risk monitoring • Partner with security, compliance, legal, engineering, product, and delivery teams • Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and governance frameworks for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring • Drive security-by-design across AI components, including encryption, access control, auditing, and safe model operation • Lead technical reviews and resolve architectural and integration issues • Advise C-suite, technical leaders, and regulatory stakeholders on sovereign AI strategy • Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep-dives • Translate customer requirements into architectures and solution roadmaps • Communicate architectural decisions to executives, delivery teams, engineers, and customers • Track developments in sovereign AI, regulation, digital sovereignty, and AI risk management • Contribute to whitepapers, presentations, and technical guidance • Mentor, coach, and develop solution and enterprise architects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong demonstrated background deploying and configuring enterprise Kubernetes, including Rancher RKE2, Red Hat OpenShift, and CNCF Kubernetes • 5+ years of hands-on Linux experience • Familiarity with SLURM on Kubernetes frameworks, including Slinky and SUNK • Strong demonstrated background working with Ansible automation frameworks • Familiarity with REST APIs for product integrations • Familiarity with HPC architectures, network topologies, and high-performance storage platforms • Knowledge of NVIDIA AI Enterprise tools, specifically BCM and DCGM, for deployment and management • Regular travel required • Preferred: experience with Sovereign Cloud, MLOps, or compliance-led AI deployments • Preferred: familiarity with EU AI Act, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, CJIS, or related frameworks • Preferred: background in professional services, consulting, or large-scale transformation programs • Preferred: experience building a new sales motion or launching a net-new offering
