📋 Description

• Design and build end-to-end features for the Aging in Place member segment • Ship across backend services, APIs, iOS, and Android surfaces • Use Claude Code and agentic workflows for specifications, coding, testing, reviews, and documentation • Define AI-Native engineering practices and publish playbooks for broader adoption • Build performant, reliable full-stack experiences for tens of millions of users • Collaborate with product managers and designers on scalable solutions • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, technical standards, and continuous improvement • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response • Mentor team members and support AI-native workflow adoption • Support performance, reliability, and accessibility across owned features • Adapt Aging in Place patterns and services to Things and Pets verticals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating high-quality, consumer-scale services • 1+ years of hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs • Full-stack proficiency spanning backend services and mobile client development (iOS and/or Android) • Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context window management, and MCP/function calling • Track record of using AI tooling as a genuine development partner • Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field, or equivalent experience • Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Accountability for reviewing AI-generated code and everything shipped • Current knowledge of rapidly changing AI tooling
