📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of AI platform initiatives • Build and maintain integrated project plans • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across architecture, engineering, product, data science, operations, and business teams • Manage project deliverables, dependencies, decisions, stakeholder communications, risks, and issues • Lead platform onboarding, implementation, and migration efforts • Coordinate readiness planning, testing, validation activities, and deployment support • Define and track delivery performance, adoption metrics, risks, and key success indicators • Provide leadership reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and working groups • Drive accountability for action items, decisions, and commitments • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams on governance, security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and organizational requirements • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous process improvement • Report to the Director, Strategic Initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field • 5-7+ years of project management experience • Ability to partner effectively with technical and business teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, waterfall, or hybrid • Experience with planning, risk and issue management, and status reporting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce clear documentation and present status, risks, and recommendations to operational and technical audiences • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to monitor delivery progress, adoption, and business outcomes • Government-issued photo ID submission required for identity verification • Comprehensive background check required • In-person I-9 verification required • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Preferred: Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent) • Preferred: Experience supporting platform modernization, application migration, cloud-native technology, AI/ML, automation, or intelligent workflow initiatives • Preferred: Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and prior authorization workflows • Healthcare, payer, provider, utilization management, or regulated industry experience preferred
