📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients • Design solutions and engage customers throughout the sales process • Provide selective post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction • Work with HPE Territory Managers to qualify opportunities and convert leads • Support opportunity pipeline and drive sales processes to closure • Manage account and partner responsibilities in the assigned territory • Recommend hardware, software, and services for complex customer needs • Develop bids, proposals, and customer presentations • Provide technical and sales support for territory accounts • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations • Manage vendor partners and demand-generation events • Maintain account relationships, sales pipelines, and forecasts • Provide consultative support to internal and external stakeholders • Assess product applications against customer needs • Prepare product specifications and design/implementation specifications • Build proofs of concept and rapid prototypes • Provide product capability consultation, assessment, and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or significant experience in networking, technical, and pre-sales activities roles • In-depth knowledge of L2/L3 networking, routing, WLAN, LAN, and WAN • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder at time of hire • Career-level oral and written communication, organizational, presentation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused ability to design and manage solutions to complex technical issues • Ability to interface with senior levels of internal/external organizations • Ability to mentor junior Systems Engineers • Industry expert-level Aruba certifications strongly recommended • Juniper expert-level certifications preferred
