• Review approved work requests and convert them into detailed work orders • Define job scope, work steps, technical instructions, crafts, labor hours, and skill levels • Determine material, parts, tools, equipment, and contractor support needs • Develop executable job plans and complete work packages for three assigned manufacturing sites • Create material reservations and purchase requisitions • Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure material availability and staging • Identify permits, safety precautions, hazards, and risk controls • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, quality, and company safety requirements • Maintain planned backlogs and ensure work orders meet Ready-to-Schedule criteria • Prioritize planning based on risk, production impact, safety, regulatory requirements, PM due dates, and site priorities • Review and clean up aging, incomplete, duplicate, or improperly scoped work orders • Coordinate with Gatekeepers, Local Work Owners, Schedulers, Supervisors, Operations, Engineering, EHS, Procurement, Stores, and contractors • Participate in planning, backlog, readiness, and scheduling meetings • Update and standardize job plans, templates, work packages, equipment records, bills of material, and parts references • Support reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives
• Experience in maintenance, operations, technical trades, maintenance planning, or maintenance supervision within an industrial or manufacturing environment • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance systems • Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, equipment documentation, procedures, and technical specifications • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, or similar systems • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities across assigned sites • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with site teams and cross-functional support groups • Understanding of maintenance work management processes: work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout • Ability to support multiple facilities in a centralized planning model • Willingness to travel periodically to assigned sites • Technical certification, skilled trade qualification, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred • Experience with maintenance planning processes and planned backlog management preferred • Experience supporting multiple sites or a centralized maintenance organization preferred • Experience creating standard job plans and reusable maintenance work packages preferred • Knowledge of safety procedures, work permits, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements preferred • Experience coordinating materials, procurement, stores, contractor support, or rental equipment preferred • Understanding of preventive, predictive, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance preferred • Familiarity with planning and scheduling performance indicators preferred • Familiarity with process safety management and mechanical integrity requirements in chemical or process manufacturing preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation • May be subject to periodic background checks under CFATS or other regulatory requirements • Required to have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
