📋 Description

• Assist producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage for the Transportation Division • Prepare endorsement requests for insurance carriers • Follow up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies • Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients • Process audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums • Handle and process cancellations and billing issues • Communicate with staff and clients to gather information for policy changes • Follow and adhere to agency procedures • Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing required • Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required • CISR and/or CIC preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable • Ability to lift 25 pounds • Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens • Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on the telephone and in person • Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, and 10-key • Ability to walk, bend, sit, reach, and stretch in all directions
