Our CEO is the former president and owner of High Standard Aviation, a Miami-based provider of aircraft parts and repair services to the aerospace industry and what the Business Journal named the “#1 repair station in the world.” Frank has taken his pursuit to perfection, unsurpassed reliability, and passion for the aviation industry to build an admirable reputation that will be carried into the next generation of HSA. We work directly with leading airline customers and have grown into a company recognized around the world for its quality workmanship and component reliability. Our highly specialized and experienced technicians follow continuous education and training programs to stay on top of the latest developments in their field. In addition, our quality department developed a sophisticated tracking program that provides data and feedback on the reliability of every part number. All work is strictly performed in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals and specifications and/or FAA approved data. All work is done in our 25,000 sq ft air-conditioned state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for the purpose of providing the highest quality and reliability to our customer base.

• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and forecasts to management and customers. • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiation, order fulfillment, and post-sale support. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities or challenges. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of StandardAero’s aviation part portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition. • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, MROs, OEMs, and distributors within assigned territories. • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, market research, and strategic account planning. • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and report on sales performance. • Collaborate closely with internal teams including supply chain, customer service, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the team’s sales strategy and growth goals. • Develop new promotional ideas to create interest and awareness of the organization.
• Minimum 5 years experience in aviation/aerospace parts sales (MRO, OEM, or distributor) with CFM 56 product lines. • Strong book of contacts in airlines and lessors. • Familiarity with repair cycles, inventory management, and pricing models. • Negotiation, customer account management, forecasting, and CRM expertise. • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate contracts/agreements. • Ability to travel to support business needs. 30% travel requirement.
