📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments • Configure and support Intune within the Microsoft GCCH ecosystem • Develop device compliance and security policies for GCCH requirements • Create FFU packages for divisional workstation imaging and deployment • Configure application packages across platforms and maintain version updates and security patching • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Intune-related issues • Collaborate with Cyber Security, infrastructure, and end-user computing teams • Integrate systems including Entra AD, Okta, Zscaler, and ServiceNow • Automate and optimize enrollment, configuration, and application deployment using Apple Business Manager, Knox Mobile Enrollment, Jamf Pro, and Windows Autopilot • Assess endpoint compliance, security posture, and performance • Provide Tier 3 support for complex end-user incidents • Recommend and implement Intune and GCCH best practices • Mentor junior engineers and staff • Manage Jamf Pro for macOS devices • Administer Parallels virtualization and application delivery environments • Package, test, and maintain applications for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android • Manage, optimize, and automate Azure Virtual Desktop environments using Nerdio

🎯 Requirements

• 9 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7 years with a master’s degree; 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or a high school diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience • US citizenship • Ability to obtain a security clearance • Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft GCCH environments • Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Nerdio, Jamf, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager • Strong knowledge of PC, Mac, iOS, and Android ecosystems • Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Hands-on experience with MAM/MDM solutions • Deep understanding of Zero Trust security frameworks, especially in GCCH environments • Ability to document solution architectures and write Knowledge Base articles • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Preferred: 5–7 years of desktop engineering, endpoint management, or client services experience, including at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
